Roasted Jerusalums

Ingredients

-Jerusalum Artichokes
-Brussel Sprouts
-Cranberries
-Chesnuts
-Balsamic vinegar
-Salt and Pepper

Directions

Get all your veg in a roasting dish, chop any large artichokes, season and roast for 35mins. Give them a mix and return to oven. Add your cranberries, precooked chestnuts and balsamic vinegar for the last 20 mins. Make sure your artichokes are nice and soft inside. Enjoy! :)
